Join us for our Tech.AD Driving Day!
WHAT | TECH.AD DRIVING DAYS ARE 1-DAY HANDS-ON TRACK DEMONSTRATIONS AND INTERACTIVE SESSIONS ON AUTONOMOUS VEHICLE TECHNOLOGIES.
Our advanced educational interactive sessions, delivered by industry professionals, will cover the advanced principles of developing autonomous vehicles and showcase the latest technologies in the fields of; functional and operational safety, embedded systems and architectures, validation techniques and sensor/perception technologies.
Driving Days 2020 features an AutonomouStuff Lexus RX 450h automated research development platform outfitted with the cutting-edge hardware and software enabling the future of autonomy. Demonstrations of by-wire access to longitudinal and lateral control of the vehicle with a joystick controller and a shuttle automation software stack will showcase AutonomouStuff’s proprietary by-wire system, the PACMod 3.0. The vehicle also is equipped with sensors such as the NovAtel PwrPak7 GNSS+INS receiver, Velodyne VLP-32C LiDAR, Delphi ESR 2.5 radar, MAKO cameras and an NVIDIA DrivePX platform. Those components and supporting software developed by AutonomouStuff and others will demonstrate capabilities such as LiDAR Object Processing, localization and camera-based object detection and classification — and how the systems can work together to safely guide driverless vehicles. Representatives from AutonomouStuff and NovAtel have joined forces as part of Hexagon Positioning Intelligence and will be on site to answer questions and guide you through how we deliver superior solutions for autonomous vehicle development.
PLUS you’ll have the exclusive chance to be driven by an autonomous vehicle on the track and get hands on with the latest self-driving technologies!
